FUNDING STRATEGY: We start with a 2-3 page comprehensive plan of work that is strategically aligned with your vision, mission, values and goals. We develop a long term plan for funding and help prepare for opportunities to create a roadmap for funding your mission.

GRANT RESEARCH: We will meet with your staff to learn about your organization, discuss current funding and future funding goals, and utilize various databases to narrow 100’s of potential grants to create a matrix of 10-15 potential grant opportunities that most closely align with your goals and match you mission.

GRANT WRITING: For pre-determined or newly identified funding opportunities, we work to craft well written proposals with your organization’s voice in mind to increase and improve operational funding.

GRANT MANAGEMENT: Once you start winning grants, we’ll keep track of all the reporting requirements to keep your funders happy, create a grant calendar, monitor deadlines and build funder relationships.
